Good posture

So, what is good posture? Good posture is also referred to as having a neutral spine. When you have a neutral spine, there are three natural curves that are present. In order to get real relief from upper back pain while you sit, you need natural and balanced posture.  If you spend a lot of time sitting at your desk, be certain that your monitor is centered properly. You should be able to gaze straight ahead and not look up, down or to the side to see your monitor. Don’t cross your legs or place your feet on the wheels of your chair.
