During the summer, things get a little bit hectic around here. Not only am I juggling job, kids, house and husband, I have to add in yard work and gardening to the equation. That doesn’t leave me with a whole lot of spare time to get fancy in the kitchen. I’m a huge fan of meals that are not only quick and easy to prepare but also don’t require me heating up the oven. When it’s 90 outside, do I really want to add extra heat to the kitchen? Nope! Because Marty is from Texas, we eat a lot of Mexican food. My kids eat salsa with everything! While we have eaten Wholly Guacamole products for years and love the snack size Wholly Guacamole, I had no idea that they now offered Wholly Salsa too!

I’m really loving the Wholly Salsa. It’s nice and thick and you can see the onions and tomatoes in it. I love salsa that actually looks like the salsa I make when I have time. I will warn you, I may love Mexican food but I don’t do spicy Mexican food. I thought the medium was pretty spicy so if you aren’t into really hot food, try the mild first.
