The New Scents of Gain Laundry Detergent

I do a lot of laundry with two teenagers in the house. For some reason, they feel the urge to change their clothes multiple times a day. While I’ve tried to teach my daughter to do laundry several times, the results aren’t always the best.  That means the laundry responsibility falls squarely on my shoulders. I tend to use a variety of laundry detergents depending on what I’m washing.  Sheets and blankets get washed in fragrance free detergent.  Jeans and towels get washed in detergent with fragrance.

Gain laundry detergent

I was given the chance to select a new Gain laundry detergent to try out.  I received a scent strip of fragrances to choose from and it was a tough choice.  I decided to go with the Gain Sunflower & Sunshine in honor of the summer weather I am finally enjoying here in Vermont.  Floral scents always remind me of summer time which is way too short here in Vermont.  The Sunflower & Sunshine is one of their newest scents. Also included in their scent collection are apple mango tango, Hawaiian aloha, dazzle & shine, icy fresh fizz, butterfly kiss, fireworks, dreamy desire, lavender, island fresh, floral fusion, and forget me not.

Gain Sunflower & Sunshine has Febreze for freshness so that the scent stays with your clothes even after two weeks. I was a bit worried that the scent would be too strong because of this but it’s definitely not.  Sunflower & Sunshine left my towels with a fresh, floral scent that was very pleasant and worked well to clean my clothes.  I was very happy to see that this Gain laundry detergent was approved to work in my he washer. I like being able to choose a unique scent that fits my mood.  Being unique is important. Don’t let anyone tell you what mold you need to fit into. Make your own.
