For me, it’s time to do things that I enjoy and find fulfilling. I couldn’t be happy if I didn’t have that time in my day. Nordic Naturals believes that omega oils like the Omega-D3 are essential to life. While fish does contain omega-3 essential fatty acids, the quality of the fish we’re eating is not what it once was. Many contain environmental contaminants like mercury, dioxins, and PCB’s that we don’t want in our bodies. Nordic Naturals removes these environmental contaminants to maintain the integrity of the fish oils. They offer the purest and freshest source of omega-3s. They use flourishing fish species that are sustainably sourced and wild caught from abundant waters. All of the oils that are used in Nordic Naturals products are third party tested for environmental toxins including heavy metals, dioxins, and PCB’s. I have no worries about the quality of the supplement that I’m taking.
I received a bottle of Ultimate Omega D3 in natural triglyceride form. This is a purified fish oil with Vitamin D3 (hence the Omega D3) that is used for immune function and bone health. You take two soft gels daily, with food. The Ultimate Omega D3 has a natural lemon flavor so there is no fishy smell, taste, or aftertaste to it which does happen with some brands of fish oil. I definitely like there not being an aftertaste with this product! You can find Nordic Naturals Omega D3 in a variety of stores. In my area, I can purchase them in GNC and several natural food stores.
