There’s just something about BBQ ribs that makes my mouth water. Sadly, not all barbeque is created equally. I want my ribs to be tender and have the meat almost fall off the bones. I want it covered with barbeque sauce so it’s finger licking good. I’m sure you can imagine that I was thrilled to be contacted by the Pig of the Month Club and asked to review their BBQ ribs!
Pig of the Month has recreated their favorite barbecues from different regions and offers their own perfectly smoked barbecue ribs and lip-smacking sauces. They even offer gluten free ribs which means the whole family can enjoy them! The gluten free BBQ dry ribs are rubbed down with locally sourced spices, just none that contain gluten. We received one rack of 2lb all natural baby back ribs that also included bibs and wet napkins just in case we got messy.
The ribs were absolutely amazing. They were crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. The meat is flash frozen so it cooks up perfectly. When we received it, the directions said we could use it within 6 days and store it in the refrigerator or if we wanted to use it in more than six days, we should freeze it. The ribs arrived with simple cooking instructions that could be done in either the oven or the microwave depending on your preference.
Pig of the Month offers a variety of options. You can purchase the ribs along with your favorite BBQ sauce or purchase the dry ribs like we did and then use your own BBQ sauce. You can sign up to get 3, 6, 9 or 12 months of rib deliveries. They also have pulled pork, sides and desserts! You can even create your every own feast. Yummy! These were amazing!
One of my lucky readers is going to win the Tailgating Package from Pig of the Month that includes:
-4 racks sweet and smoky Texas style Ribs
-1 big bottle of Texas BBQ Sauce
-2lbs of their hand pulled pork
Here’s what you can do for a chance to win:
